  1. How Do I Make a Purchase ?

    We try to make everything easy to use, but if you are unsure on how to complete a purchase on our site, we invite you to follow the next easy steps.

    Search for your favorite products on our website or look for new ones to expand your business!

    When you find items you would love to buy, add them to your cart. .

    Once added, you can view them in your cart or keep shopping. .

    Step 3.

    If you are ready to check out, click SHOW CART. You can always update quantities in your cart. Reminder: The more you buy, the more you save! .

    If information and selected items and quantities are correct in your cart, then proceed to the Checkout link below. .

    If you are already logged in, you will see your personal information. Make sure this is the right information, if not, then update it from the link provided right under the address shown.

    Select a shipping method. UPS Ground is our standard shipping method.

    Select a payment method. Choose between PayPal and Major Credit Cards. .

    a) If you choose PayPal, click NEXT, then you will be asked to Confirm Order then you will be directed to their secure PayPal site where you will be asked to log in. .

  2. Why Are Your Prices So Low?

    We are wholesalers! By buying from us you avoid the middle man and you save. Compare our prices to other perfume online stores and you will notice the difference.   3. I Need to Change My Order / Order Cancellation?

    Please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once you submit your order in our website we cannot guarantee its cancellation or modification. We use an automated order system which sends orders immediately to the warehouse. If the order has not left the warehouse, then we can process the order modification or cancellation. We recommend you call us immediately to process any type of modifications to your order.

    Claims

    Claims for non-receipt sale or incorrect items must be received within 14 days of order date. Claims for damaged products must be received within 3 working business days of receipt. .

    In case your merchandise arrives damaged, please save all of its contents and packaging whether damaged or not as it may have to be inspected by the shipping Carrier. In most cases, we will require you to return the damaged package. .

    Limited Quantities - Received less than ordered

    Remember we reserve the right to limit quantities on items purchased. Especially from Specials of the Month which are usually limited to (1) items per customer depending on stock and on the item.

  4. Using the Excel Upload Feature
    Using the Excel Upload Feature:
    1. First download our price list into excel. Click Here
    2. Input the quantity of the items within the excel sheet. Keep in mind not to change any other values on this sheet other than the number of items you wish to purchase with in the quantity fields.
    3. Save your excel sheet to CSV (comma delimited) format
    4. Upload the saved file to our website via the upload link in the price list box. This will add all the items to your cart for you.

  8. Tax Exemption?

    If you have a Tax Exemption please fill our Wholesale Application and give us maximum 3 days to set up your account under Tax exempt.

  9. Why is Sales Tax Only Charged in Texas?

    We are a Texas-based business and we are required by Law to collect taxes for all orders shipped in our state. Tax is not charged to orders shipped to the rest of the states.

  10. My Order Never Came ?

    Any order we ship has a tracking # and shipper details which are emailed to you at the time of shipping, in any case if an order has not arrived in the normal time frame, then it’s best to contact shipper and also us to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

  11. My Order Came Out Of Wrong ? There is An Error in My Order ?

    Mistakes can happen, any mistake from our end we will be responsible for and do our best to take care of you. Please call us or email us immediately of this. Keep the goods in their original packaging and we will take care of the rest. Open/Used goods are subjected to fees.

  12. I Am Local, Can I Just Pick Up My Order?

    Yes, but before you come please call us or email to give you time and details for the pickup.

  13. How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

    Once we receive your order it usually takes 1 business day to ship your order. In case you will be notified of all details via email.

  14. Do You Ship Internationally?

    Please call or email us to see what’s’ the best route to ship your orders. At this time, no we do not. We will be adding this feature very soon.

  15. Do You Offer a Faster Shipping Service?

    Yes, we do offer 2nd Day and Next Day shipping from UPS. Usually all of our order are shipped via UPS Ground. If you need an expedited shipping service, please give us a call and we'll try to make things right for you.

  16. Free Shipping?

    Yes, you heard right! Look for "FREE SHIPPING" icon on qualifying items. Join our mailing list to never miss these kind of offers.


    The second and most basic way to get Free Shipping is by spending a minimum amount of Advertised US DOLLARS but the order should have at least half of the items at full price and the rest can be clearance or Specials of the Month-of course it can all be full price merchandise.


  17. Do You Ship to Po Boxes?

    We ship via UPS, therefore NO P.O. box orders are accepted. UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. ONLY valid street address shipments are accepted.

    We want to make your time at Wperfumes.com enjoyable, fun, and of course give you a satisfaction guarantee so if you place your order ONLINE and have a P.O. box address, give us a call and we may arrange to ship your order via United States Postal Service. Remember USPS may limit quantizes and sizes for all items. Give us a call or let us know on the comments when you place your order online.

  18. Are All Your Items in Stock?

    We pay great attention to our inventory and we guarantee 99% of the items you see in stock in the online store are available unless otherwise stated in the product page. When you look at each product individually it will automatically tell you if we have in stock. We use an advanced system which continuously synchronizes our inventory.

    If we don't currently have it in stock, you can sign up for what we call 'Reminders' - it will email you when the item is back in stock.     We welcome Money orders. Order online and during checkout choose the Money order option for payment. Once you submit our order, print out the confirmation order you will receive in your email address and mail it out to us.     For All Wire Transfer, Please call or email us. We will be more then happy to assist you to faster checkout. We currently do not offer automated wire checkout. All orders will be created through from our end. 

    Store Credit

    We do issue store credit as a form of payment for mistakes we have made or for those who wish to be paid in credit with our store. Returns, broken items and other issues pertaining to us having to reimburse you for time and money will be issued in the form of store credit unless deemed otherwise or another solution has been made.  Reward points will also be redeemed as store credits.

  23. Do Coupons Have Restrictions?

    Yes, coupons usually have the following restrictions, unless, otherwise stated on the coupon.

    1. Discount will be applied to qualifying items only and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
    2. Discount does not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges or any similar processing charges.
    3. If discounted merchandise is returned, the discount will be first deducted from the value of the returned item prior to a refund/credit being issued.
    4. Discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor can it be applied to previous purchases or gift certificates.
    5. To qualify for discount, entire order must be shipped to a single address and customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
